Cameron vows to cut through the Dither

PM David Cameron has announced he is returning from parliaments summer recess with a new plan to grow the economy by cutting dither.
Doesn’t sound that impressive, but there's more, the real plan is to speed up the planning process for new housing developments and end what he calls the paralysis that is holding the country back.
He is right in that sense, everybody knows we need more housing but nobody wants them built anywhere near them, a bit of a catch-22 situation.
As Cameron and co. are approaching the half way mark of their current term in office, I think he’s come to the realisation that all his ideas and plans he initially came to office with haven’t had the desired effect and that a change in approach and attitude are needed.
On his return to parliament he is also planning to announce details of infrastructure projects, whatever they are I hope one of them is plans for a new airport or expanding an existing one, when he unveils the plans that will show just how committed to this new approach Cameron really is.
