A 22-year-old Chinese student, Zeng
Jia, recently shocked her family and friends by staging her own funeral.
The healthy young woman claims she “wanted
to see what people would think” about her death and be able to enjoy her own
service, so she decided to just get the “damn dying thing over with already”.
This is just stupid, why would you
waste a small fortune on a fake funeral just to see what it might be like when
the time comes? Don’t get it.
Good job there wasn’t any confusion
and she wasn’t actually buried or cremated, although maybe they should have
done that to really show her what it was like and make it a really authentic
experience.
Look on the bright side if they did,
it would have saved her and her family the trouble of forking for another funeral
for her in the future.
