RAF recruits paid compensation for marching injuries

Three female RAF recruits are to be paid compensation for injuries reportedly suffered while marching alongside male colleagues.

They claimed parading alongside taller male recruits caused them to over-stride and develop spinal and pelvic injuries.

It is understood they will receive £100,000 from the MoD.

I don’t believe it! This is almost as ridiculous a lawsuit as that woman who spilled coffee on herself then sued McDonalds arguing the coffee was too hot, it’s just utter nonsense.

Worst of all the MoD have decided that these three women are worthy of being compensated to the tune of £100,000, what is going on? They should have been told to stick their lawsuit where the sun don’t shine.

This litigious culture that is infecting our society needs to stop because it’s just pathetic what you can sue and win compensation for these days.

Mind you as the old saying goes if you can’t beat them, join them, so I’m off to my lawyer’s office to file a suit against James Blunt and every radio station that has ever played his music for causing me severe emotional distress, I’ll accept no less than a seven figure settlement.

After that I’ll sue pretty much everyone in the charts right now for the exact same offence.
