Cruise passenger angry at sea being too loud

Organisers of a luxury cruise were surprised to receive a complaint from one passenger, saying that she found the sea to be “too loud”.

These and other unusual, not to say baffling, complaints have been revealed by online travel agency bonvoyage.co.uk.

Others include a couple who wanted compensation after forking out “a lot more money than planned” on staff tips due to the excellent service.

A man complained about not getting “an impressive tan” and being unable to swim in the pool each day - while on a trip around Alaska.

And, last but by no means least, a female traveller who asked for a window to be installed in her cabin after complaining about not having a view of the sea, despite booking an inside cabin.

Honestly how stupid are some of these people, how is it the fault of the travel company for the sea being loud, what will that passenger complain about next the sun being too hot, their pina colada being too refreshing.

That’s bad enough but the others are far worse, of course you’re not going to get a tan if you book a cruise round Alaska, frostbite maybe, tan no.

And who ever complains about the service being excellent, that has to be a first.

This is a cruise so these people aren’t exactly short of cash, but demonstrating this sort of logic I’m struggling to work out how they would come by this kind of money.

Maybe, actually now I think about it almost certainly, they’re those idiots you see on those hideous compensation claims adverts saying things like: I tripped over a wet floor sign and injured myself so I sued my employers for thousands, hahahahahahaha.

This also goes to show money doesn’t buy you happiness, dopiness yes, happiness no.
